Privacy Policy

HK Racing Model PRO respects your privacy and only collects personal information needed to operate the membership service, process subscriptions, provide secure member access and improve the website where you have consented to analytics.

Information we may process

• Email address used for membership and account access.
• Subscription and billing status supplied by Stripe.
• Technical website usage data where analytics consent is given.
• Account login and membership access information.

How we use your information

• To activate and manage your subscription.
• To provide secure access to member-only content.
• To manage billing and subscription status.
• To understand website usage where you have accepted analytics.
• To protect the security and integrity of the service.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. HK Racing Model PRO does not store your full payment-card details.

Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They are only loaded after you choose to accept analytics on the website.

We also count page views anonymously to see how the site is used. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store IP addresses; each visitor is represented by a code that changes daily and can't identify you.

Sharing

Personal information is only shared with service providers where necessary to operate the website, membership system, analytics tools or payment processing.

Retention

Membership and subscription records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, manage accounts and meet legal or financial obligations.

To protect members' content, we keep a count of how often each account uses the members' area and flag automated access. We keep this for 30 days.

Your choices

You can reject optional analytics. You can also manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal.
